General Terms and Conditions for Participation in the DiKa™ Loyalty Program

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between “E.MIROGLIO” EAD and consumers in connection with participation in the DiKa™ loyalty program (“Program”), the issuance and use of a customer card, the exercise of the rights arising from it, and all related matters.

By registering for the Program, the consumer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. After registration, the consumer is referred to as a Participant.

1. Scope

The Program applies to purchases of DiKa™ branded goods sold in physical DiKa stores of “E.MIROGLIO” EAD in the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as through the online stores www.dika.bg and www.outlet.dika.bg, and to the use of discounts on subsequent purchases under the conditions set out herein.

The Program does not apply to goods sold outside the above locations or to goods under the brands EMIROGLIO, MIROGLIO, EM, FEM, or other trademarks owned by “E.MIROGLIO” EAD or companies within its group, unless such goods are sold at the specified DiKa locations.

2. Participation and Customer Card

Any adult natural person with full legal capacity and a permanent address in the Republic of Bulgaria may participate in the Program. Participation is voluntary and may be terminated at any time by the Participant.

Participation is evidenced by a customer card issued by “E.MIROGLIO” EAD. Registration may be completed by creating a user account in the Online Stores or during the checkout process by providing consent for registration. Registration is not available for guest purchases.

Upon registration, the Participant receives the customer card either in a selected physical DiKa store or by courier together with an online order. Delivery costs are borne by the Participant unless free delivery conditions are met. Loyalty points may be used in the Online Stores even without possession of a physical card.

Only one customer card is issued per Participant. In case of loss, damage, or unusability, the card is replaced. If replacement occurs within one year of issuance, a fee of EUR 3 applies and accumulated points are transferred. After one year, a new card is issued without a fee, but accumulated points are not transferred.

The card is personal, non-transferable, not a payment or savings instrument, and remains the property of “E.MIROGLIO” EAD. Misuse or provision of incorrect data may result in cancellation of the card and loss of accumulated points.

3. Loyalty Points and Discounts

For each purchase made in physical DiKa stores or the Online Stores, the Participant earns loyalty points. Points correspond to a discount equal to 5% of the purchase value, where 1 point equals EUR 0.50. Points are rounded according to standard rounding rules.

Points are valid for one year from the date of the relevant purchase and may be used fully or partially within this period. Unused points expire automatically after the one-year validity period and cannot be extended.

Points from multiple purchases may be accumulated and used together. A purchase cannot be paid entirely with points; at least EUR 1 must be paid using another payment method. No additional points are earned for purchases paid with points.

In case of withdrawal from a purchase and product return, points used for that purchase are not reinstated.

Participants are entitled to a one-time birthday discount of 10%, valid one week before and on their birthday, provided the date of birth has been supplied during registration. The birthday discount may be combined with other promotions.

Points for gift voucher purchases are credited to the purchaser of the voucher. When redeeming a voucher, points are earned only for the amount exceeding the voucher value.

4. Termination and Amendments

“E.MIROGLIO” EAD may terminate a Participant’s participation in the Program in cases of legal incapacity, provision of false data, misuse of the customer card, or other legal grounds. The company may also terminate the Program as a whole with at least three months’ prior notice, allowing Participants to use their valid accumulated points during this period.

Participants may terminate their participation at any time by sending a written request to online.bulgaria@dika.com. Re-registration within one year is subject to a fee of EUR 3 for reissuance of the customer card.

“E.MIROGLIO” EAD reserves the right to amend these Terms. Amendments apply prospectively and are communicated via the websites www.dika.bg and www.outlet.dika.bg and, where applicable, via electronic communication channels.

5. Personal Data

“E.MIROGLIO” EAD acts as a personal data controller and processes personal data solely for the purposes of the DiKa™ Loyalty Program, in compliance with applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

6.     OTHER TERMS
6.1.    The present General Terms shall be governed by the Bulgarian laws.

6.2.    COMMERCIAL ENTITY INFORMATION
