RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Goods purchased from the online shop may be returned or replaced in a DiKa branded store or sent to a central warehouse within 14 days after the receipt of the goods. The products shall be delivered together with a receipt or an invoice; they shall be in excellent appearance, with original labels and packaging, free of dirt and/or traces of cosmetics products.

All transport costs for the return or exchange are at customer's expenses.

Refunds for orders paid by bank card will only be processed to the same card used to complete the original transaction.
